My stay at Cresta Botsalo was quite mixed. On one hand, the leadership displayed by Ms. Gago Mmereki was truly inspiring and made me feel welcomed. The environment was calm and perfect for unwinding. However, the hotel is in need of some serious renovations, especially in the conference facilities, where I noticed several maintenance issues. Overall, while I appreciated the hospitality, the physical condition of the hotel could use some urgent improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and clean, truly making it a comfortable experience. However, there were a couple of hiccups with room amenities and the dining options that could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, but there are areas that need attention.
My stay at Cresta Mahalapye was quite pleasant. The hotel offers a fresh appearance and is located near a shopping mall that made things convenient. The rooms were more inviting compared to another hotel I visited, Cresta Botsalo, which felt a bit less tidy. I had a delightful experience at Cresta Bosele while traveling through Palapye. The room was plush and comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep with a fantastic bathroom. The staff were exceptional, making my stay enjoyable. The only downside was that the dining options could be improved, but overall, it was great value for money.
Cresta Lodge is a peaceful getaway but quite far from Gaborone, making it a nice escape. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the staff is quite helpful. However, there are some amenities missing like slippers and a bathrobe, and the materials provided could be improved. Overall, it’s a good choice for a quiet stay but could enhance guest convenience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the parking was ample and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the service left much to be desired, especially in the dining room where I faced rude staff and incredibly slow service. The old rooms I stayed in felt a bit outdated, and the nearby noise from pedestrians disrupted my sleep.
